The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year from date of receipt of this order.
