This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 and 53 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

One hundred and eighteen bottles of foreign liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2017 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on completion of three months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Begusarai, or successor Court.
