Petitioner is in custody in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 134/19 for the offence under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that in the instant case total 18 liters of Nepali liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.6.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

No.55979 of 2019(2) dt.06-09-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Suppi P.S.
