The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 22 of 2016 registered under Section 304-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the daughter of the informant was killed in her matrimonial home within three years of her marriage for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
