The petitioner seeks bail in Cheria Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 25(1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended, from whose possession, one loaded country-made pistol with live cartridges were recovered.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 23.05.2014. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts that for recovery of one loaded country-made pistol, the petitioner has remained in jail for more than seven months and he has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52208 of 2014 (2) dt.07-01-2015 2/2 furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2014.
