Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 344 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that in the instant case total 17.5 liters of foreign liquor was seized from the from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.7.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.53005 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 344 of 2019.
