Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 140/2017, arising out of Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation against petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with S.T. No. 140/2017, arising out of Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017 pending in the court of learned F.T.C.-1st, Supaul .

However trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from date of receipt of this order.
