2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, the daughter and niece of the informant along with two other girls became traceless and they were found in the house of sister of the informant's wife.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He has further submitted that the alleged victims did not make allegation against anybody in their respective statements under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63832 of 2024(3) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 Section 164 of the CrPC. He has also submitted that exactly on similar footing, co-accused person has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 35438 of 2024. The petitioner is under custody since 20.02.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024, subject to the following condition:-
6. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
