2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 99 of 2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 352, 303(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., lodged on 01.05.2025 by the informant Atabul Nadaf.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that while he was taking tea at a tea stall, Sudhir Yadav came and assaulted with sword on the head and repeated the blow which hit his left hand, again, the assault took place on his neck. The people gathered and informed the family members where after he was taken to Rahika Primary Health Centre and then to

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court upon the innocence of the petitioner, learned APP Mr. Bharat Bhushan has taken this Court to the learned Sessions Judge order to show that the injury has been found to be grievous in nature. In that background, for the present, this Court is not inclined to extend him the privilege of bail.
