The petitioner seeks bail in Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 380, 457, 511 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner was apprehended with stolen motorcycle.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 13.08.2021.
