JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 When the matter has been taken up for consideration on merits, a show cause on behalf of the opposite party no.2 is being filed stating therein that the order of this Court has been complied with. The order passed by the District Collector, Vaishali has been brought on record as Annexure-A to the aforesaid show cause.

In above view of the matter, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present MJC application with a liberty to challenge the validity and correctness of the aforesaid order dated 27.08.2015 (Annexure-A) passed by the District Collector, Vaishali in an appropriate proceeding before an appropriate forum/court. Permission is accorded.

The present MJC application stands disposed of as infructuous, but with the liberty aforesaid.
