This is second attempt on behalf of the petitioners, whose prayer was earlier disposed of as withdrawn vide order dated 06/01/2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33562 of 2011, in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 37 of 2011 pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patnacity, with a liberty to surrender before the court below within fortnight and seek regular bail, but after evading for about three years the present application has been filed. Such type of conduct disentitles the petitioners for the relief sought Acordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby refused. Both the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below immediately and seek adequate remedy. Simultaneously, the court below is also directed to do the needful to secure the attendance of the petitioners at the earliest in accordance with law. (Akhilesh Chandra, J) Praveen-II/- U T
