Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Athmalgola P. S. case no. 215/2014 registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the IPC.

Admittedly, petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim and marriage of victim has been solemnized with the son of the petitioner in a temple. Furthermore, it is an admitted position that this petitioner has filed complaint case against brother-in-law and other family members of the victim with assertion that they took away victim from the house of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, keeping in mind that the petitioner is a lady, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the

No.279 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh District Patna in Athmalgola P. S. case no. 215/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
