2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 24.08.2021 passed in A.B.P. No. 1668 of 2021/ 100 of 2021, arising out of Parihar P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Sitamarhi.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
