JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452,323,354A,379,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 28.3.2016 at 6 P.M. the petitioner entered into the house of the informant, tore her clothes and other accused persons forcibly took cash and ornaments. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner was opposing the illicit relationship of the informant with Jai Kishore Singh, a Munshi of the concerned police station, the present case has been lodged. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is counter version of the occurrence

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 220 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
