2. The petitioner, who claims to be Prakhand Teacher (Block Teacher), has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize as Assistant Teacher in regular pay scale.
3. In view of the provisions of Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes
Patna High Court CWJC No.13652 of 2023 dt.02-09-2024 2/2 Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and also in view of the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10222 of 2022 along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition shall stand disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the District Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi.
