Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant claims that her son aged about 4 years disclosed that it was the petitioner, who had administered poison to him.

Submission on behalf of petitioner is that no sign of poison was found either by the I.O. at the time of preparation of inquest report or by the doctor at the time of postmortem examination. Moreover, charge against the petitioner has already been framed but uptill now, viscera report was not produced. Considering this aspect of the matter that the

Case No. 165 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 574 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Saran at Chapra.
