JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. It is stated that petitioner no. 1 is the brother-in-law (Devar) of the deceased whereas petitioner no. 2 is the father-inlaw of the deceased. It is submitted that the deceased had committed suicide. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 27.08.2014 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, namely, Amlesh Thakur and Fudena Thakur @ Phudena Thakur, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.174 of 2015 (3) dt.04-03-2015 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in Motipur P.S. Case No. 139/10, Sessions Trial No. 886/14.
