The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Naushad. Submission is that there is no other material against the petitioner nor he has got any criminal antecedent. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
