The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that there is no other material against the petitioner nor he has got any criminal antecedent.
