The present petition has been preferred for the following relief:

(i) for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to restore the cancellation of allotted shop of the petitioner and further to allow the petitioner to continue running of the shop allotted to them situated at Basaitha Bazar, P.S.-Saraiya, District-Muzaffarpur;

(ii) for issuance of writ, order, direction save

Patna High Court CWJC No. 14463 of 2022(2) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 and except in accordance with law.

It has been pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the Zila Parishad, Muzaffarpur that the person has been allotted the shop in question, Nawal Sahani has not even been made party respondent and any order passed will have direct effect on him.

The writ petition stands dismissed for non joinder of the parties with liberty to challenge as it deem fit and proper. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
