ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 06.04.2018 in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 118/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/321/307/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation is that the petitioner had fired but as per the First Information Report itself, the firing did not hit the petitioner and the injury which has been caused is on account of hard and blunt substance. It is further submitted that the petitioner had been earlier named in another case and in that connection another case has been registered in which the petitioner has already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. He next submits that

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 118/2017.
