The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of commission of murder of the brother of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has sprang up only on the basis of suspicion. There is no direct and tangible evidence against the petitioner.

No.67450 of 2021(4) dt.07-11-2022 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady and there is no direct evidence of her involvement in the crime, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 116 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
