Petitioner seeks bail in Vishnupad P.S.Case No.220 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 379, 435, 504, 506,34 of the I.P.C.
Allegation against the petitioner is of setting Sudha Milk Booth on fire and damaging the same.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and moreover he is in custody since 22.09.2017 having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-II,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45680 of 2018 (3) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 Gaya, in S.Tr.No.59/18/159/18 arising out Vishnupad P.S. Case No.220/17 subject to the conditions and (1) one of the bailors must be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court. (ii) the petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence and the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation of the case and make himself available as and when required by the police, otherwise, the prosecution is free to move for cancellation of his bail bond.
