JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-08-2019 Having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, the Court is of the view that once the University allowed transfer of this petitioner, the petitioner cannot be made to suffer on account of non-clearnace of 8 papers, which are not common in both the Universities. The petitioner's case may be considered for the purpose of granting benefit of Rural Agriculture Work Experience (RAWE). However, allowing the petitioner to avail the training will not disentitle the University

Patna High Court CWJC No.16318 of 2019(3) dt.26-08-2019 2/2 from insisting upon the petitioner to clear the remaining six papers, which were different in Bihar Agriculture University, Sabour from the erstwhile Raichur University where the petitioner was earlier pursuing her B.Sc. Agriculture course. The University is required to organize the special examination to facilitate the petitioner to clear those papers within a period of one year. The University is required to adopt correct measures in the light of observations made herein above within a fortnight, as the order has been passed in presence of the Registrar of the University.

This order has been passed in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case.
