2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with liberty to file regular bail application.

3. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. If the petitioner surrenders and prays for bail before the concerned Court by filing regular bail application within a period of four weeks, the concerned Court shall pass order preferably on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by this order.
