04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chandra Mohan Singh, learned counsel for L.N.Mithila University.
At the very outset, learned counsel for L.N.Mithila University submits that in compliance with the order dated 13.09.2011 passed in C.W.J.C.No.15525 of 2011, benefit of merger of 50 % dearness relief has already been granted and payment of Rs.2,37, 636.36 has been made and remaining amount of Rs.16,467/- is required to be paid . He has come along with a cheque of Rs. 16,467/-, vide cheque no.034456 of Punjab National
Patna High Court MJC No.2776 of 2012 (9) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 Bank dated 31.01.2015. In presence of the Court, he handed over the said cheque to learned counsel for the petitioner. Keeping in view the fact that the order of the writ court has already been complied with, there is no need to keep the matter pending. The petition stands disposed of. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
