JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner entered into the hutment of the informant and after lifting her Sari tried to establish forceful physical relationship.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to some quarrel between petitioner and the informant the present case has been lodged. It is also submitted that the informant in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. has given her different version than the F.I.R. Considering the above facts, let the learned court blow

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.191 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court blow within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 149 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
