JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 05-02-2015 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court instead of keeping this writ application confined to seeking direction for payment of remaining retirement benefits beyond a sum of Rs. 5,50,662/- already paid to the petitioner, would deem it expedient in the ends of justice to direct the authorities of the Patna Municipal Corporation to examine the claim of the petitioner for payment of remaining amount of retirement benefit and take expeditious decision
Patna High Court CWJC No.68 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2015 preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
It goes without saying that whatever amount is ultimately found payable, the same also must be paid to the petitioner in the next one month.
With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
