Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Araria P.S.Case No.443 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354B, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the petitioners came and assaulted the son, wife and daughter of the informant and also torn the blouse of the wife of the informant. Further allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57752 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 is of snatching of golden chain.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the informant and the petitioner no.2 is the own brothers . There is case and counter case between the parties and no specific allegation has been attributed against them. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.Case No.443 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
