The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Dinara P.S. Case No. 14/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Dhanjee Ram, son of the petitioner on 30.04.2015. Immediately after marriage her husband, father-in-law (petitioner no. 1) and mother-in-law (petitioner no. 2) started torturing her. Thereafter, informant came to know that his daughter was burnt to death on 13.01.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that case is compromised. The informant himself filed the petition wherein it

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20271 of 2016 (3) dt.19-07-2016 2/2 is stated that on wrong information he lodged this case, but it appears that within seven months of marriage the daughter of the informant was burnt to death and there is specific allegation of torture against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
