JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being father of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 02.10.2014 in a cased registered for the offences punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant was married with the son of the petitioner in the year 2005 but she was throttled on 01.10.2014.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no eye witness to the occurrence and only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped as accused in this case moreover the petitioner is living separately from her son and he is an old person. The husband of the victim is already in custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.160 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 614 of 2014. .
