Petitioners seeks bail in NDPS Case No. 01 of 2018 arising out of Dinara P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21, 22 and 23 of the NDPS Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 5 gram heroine from possession of petitioner no. 1 and 3 gram from petitioner no. 2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been implicated in this case on suspicion. Similarly situated co-accused person namely Pradeep Kumar has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 17.07.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 36889 of 2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37816 of 2018(3) dt.07-09-2018 2/2 Petitioners are in custody since 19.01.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with NDPS Case No. 01 of 2018 arising out of Dinara P.S.
