2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 263 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 354B, 379, 384, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and one Nitish Kumar are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the case and the petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62420 of 2024(3) dt.15-01-2025 2/2 case, this application is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/concerned Court below in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 263 of 2024 subject to conditions that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Supaul Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

7(ii). The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall cooperate in the trial.
