JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 This application seeking modification of the order, dated 27.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40529 of 2016 has been filed for allowing further five monthly equal installments for payment of the amount as contemplated in the order dated 27.09.2016. Plea of unforeseen circumstances including policy of demonetization has been taken on behalf of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed. The order dated 27.09.2016 is modified by making an observation that the entire amount shall be paid in 10 equal installments from today, first of such installment shall be paid by day after tomorrow (10.02.2017).
