ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 1.11.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. IV, Muzaffarpur, in Criminal Appeal No. 62 of 1997. Having perused the impugned Judgment, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the revision application stands dismissed.
However, considering the period of custody undergone by the Petitioners, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by them.
