ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment dated 22.9.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in Criminal Appeal (Juvenile) No.101 of 2014/0164 of 2014, by which he has affirmed the order dated 13.8.2014 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Motihari, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in Trial No.802 of 2014 arising out of Raxaul P.S. case No.275 of 2013.

Considering that the Petitioner absconded from the Observation Home, Bettiah, I am not inclined to release the petitioner. The application stands rejected.

No.215 of 2015 dt.29-10-2015 2/2 The Juvenile Justice Board is directed to expedite the enquiry, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., East Champaran at Motihari, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
