The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted with farsa on the head of informant, due to which, she fell down and received cut injury on her head.

As per injury report, the informant sustained altogether three injuries, out of which, one is grievous in nature. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
