Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 414, 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26(ii), 35 of Arms Act.

According to FIR, a country made pistol and live cartridge were allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2017. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34868 of 2018 (2) dt.19-06-2018 Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hajipur Town Police Station Case No.803 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
