ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 13.07.2019 in connection with G.O. Case No.134/19, Ex-907/19 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that 99 litres of foreign liquor were recovered from Hyundai Sentro car in which they were travelling and it did not belong to the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and
