2. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2022 registered under Sections 120(B), 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act lodged on 06.05.2022 by the informant, Jay Prakash Singh @ Judagi Singh.
3. As per the FIR, the accused persons assaulted the informant's side and specific allegation is against this petitioner that he opened fire which hit the chest of Rupesh Kumar. Further, allegation is that when he tried to run away, was assaulted and relieved of golden chain from his neck. Accordingly,

4. Considering the fact that the specific allegation is against this petitioner which hit the chest of Rupesh Kumar, in the aforesaid backdrop, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected.
6. In view of the fact that he is in custody since 09.06.2023 (as stated in paragraph-18 of the petition), the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of one year from today.
