Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 673 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

Petitioner is the husband of informant. Allegation is of torturing her for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and assaulting the informant. Annexure 2 is the injury report which suggests that injury is simple in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2017.
