Taking into consideration that there is serious allegation against the petitioner who happens to be husband of the informant as well as this aspect of the matter that injuries were found on the person of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. case no. 65/2014 pending in the court of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran stands rejected.
