Petitioner is accused in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.200 of 2016 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 474, 120B and 34 of the I.P.C. The accusation is that on receiving the secrete information about selling the forged stamp paper in Civil Court, Saharsa, the Police reached there and recovered 110 pieces of forged stamp in denomination of Rs. 11/- and 109 pieces of Court fee stamp in denomination of Rs. 100/- from the Gumti of Deo Ratan Pandey, Advocate and 2 forged stamp of Rs. 100/-papers were also found to the table of Ram Sagar Yadav, Advocate and this petitioner was found sitting there with affidavit of seven sheet
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19675 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 containing two forged stamp paper of Rs. 100/-. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, petitioner was a candidate for contesting the Election of Ward Member of Panchayat and had gone to Civil Court, Saharsa for affidavit, in that course, the petitioner was apprehended by the Police mere on suspicion. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.03.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 200 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
