Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is enticing the daughter of the informant who eloped with the petitioner along with ornaments kept in her house. Petitioner has taken away daughter of informant to Delhi where he kept her in his sister's house. The girl has been medically examined and her age has been assessed 16 - 17 years. Similarly placed co-accused has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. 40322 of 2017 vide order dated 25.08.2017. Petitioner has
