This is an application seeking modification/extension of time to avail the privilege granted to the petitioners vide order dated 03/04/2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5735/2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1089/2009, corresponding to Trial No. 455/2013, pending before Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that due to some unavoidable circumstances the petitioners failed to avail the liberty, within stipulated period, granted to them vide order aforementioned.

In view of the above, as prayed for, subject to deposit of Rs. 8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand) each with District Legal Services Authority, Muzaffarpur, the period to avail the liberty granted to the petitioners, abovenamed, vide order aforementioned is extended till 28/01/2015.
