The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 118 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in his written complaint has stated that he had parked his car near Budha park and when he returned after marketing he found that rear glass of his car was broken and one bag containing Laptop, Charger, ATM card and some other important documents were stolen away. FIR was registered against unknown, name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement made by one co-accused Rahul Rao, nothing has been recovered from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38370 of 2018(3) dt.23-08-2018 2/2 possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 9.05.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 118 of 2017.
