JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2025 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 20.6.2022, passed in CWJC No. 21758 of 2018, the Additional Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 27.12.2022, hence the order of this Court dated 20.6.2022 has stood complied with. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge

Patna High Court MJC No.1938 of 2022(4) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 the aforesaid order dated 27.12.2022, if so advised, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
