Petitioner is named in the first information report with accusation that he caught hold of deceased at the time of alleged occurrence but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that in further statement informant has stated nothing specific against the petitioner. It is a serious case of murder in which petitioner is named in the first information report with accusation of participation in the alleged crime.

Therefore, I do not feel it proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Guthani P.S. Case no. 118/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan stands rejected.
