2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 622 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, while the informant along with her family members was returning from home, in the way, the accused persons including the petitioner came out of the ambush and started opening fire at them but the shot didn't hit anyone.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that none has suffered any kind of injuries. He has also submitted that there is case and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59736 of 2024(2) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 counter case between the parties. The petitioner is under custody since 22.06.2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 622 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
