JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2017 This application has been filed for extension of time granted by this Court vide order, dated 25.10.2016, in Cr. Misc. No. 42971 of 2016, for depositing the due amount, which was directed to be deposited within a period of six months.

Learned Senior Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, referring to the statement made in paragraph 8 of the application, has submitted that as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20340 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 against total due amount of Rs. 64,87,507.66/-, the petitioner has already deposited Rs. 32,00,000/-. He submits that the financial condition of the petitioner has become miserable. However, the petitioner shall be depositing the rest amount of Rs. 32,87,507.66/- to the Bank within a period of next six (6) months.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. The time granted to the petitioner, vide order, dated 25.10.2016, in Cr. Misc. No. 42971 of 2016, to deposit the entire amount is, hereby, extended by six (6) months from today. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
